• Feel free to inspect our equipment and only allow your children to play if you share our confidence in its safety.
• While the play area is supervised by our trained staff, children must be accompanied by an adult who remains responsible at all times.
• Admission restricted by height and age: under 4'10" (147cm) or 12 years - which ever comes first. Only children under 5, or under 2, are permitted in the designated areas. This is essential to the safety of toddlers.
• Adults are permitted access to the whole apparatus to supervise their children, but please note that our equipment is only designed for children's play - not adults and adults using it do so at their own risk.
• All balls should remain in the ball ponds - children will be requested by staff members to replace balls they have removed.
• All types of shoes, buckles, pin badges, jewelry and other sharp objects must be removed before using any equipment.
• Socks must be worn at all times plus arms and legs are fully covered - to minimise friction burns particularly for use of slides.
• To ensure maximum safety, slides must be used feet first (either sitting or lying back), with elbows in and clear of the slide surface.
• No food or drinks of any description may be taken into or consumed in the play area. These should only be consumed in the restaurant area. In the interest of safety please do not allow your children to play or run in the restaurant area.
• Only food and drink purchased within the centre may be consumed at Fantasy World.
• A baby changing room is provided. Please do not use any other area for the purpose of changing nappies or for potty training.
• Please familiarise yourself with the fire exits and fire assembly point in the car park.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on Fantasy World premises.
Fantasy World can accept no responsibility in the event of any injury or for loss/damage to personal property including items left at reception.
If you have any problems relating to children within the centre, please refer to a Fantasy World staff member.
These rules also apply to children's birthday parties.
